RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Thekkini Sarees, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every saree you purchase from us. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the saree meets the following conditions:
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The saree has not been altered, stitched (including fall, beading, or pico work), or customized in any way
- The saree is in resalable condition without any stains, marks, perfume, or damage
Please record an unboxing video while opening the parcel. This helps us process any damage or wrong-product claims smoothly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, ironed, or altered
- Sarees with stitched fall, beading, pico, or any custom work done
- Items purchased on sale or marked as "Final Sale"
- Blouses (stitched or unstitched) once unpacked from sealed packaging
- Items returned without original tags and packaging
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Please share:
- Your order number
- Photos and video of the damaged/incorrect product
- Unboxing video (if available)
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund based on your preference and product availability.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order number and reason for return
3. We will confirm eligibility and share the return shipping address
4. Pack the saree securely with all original tags and packaging
5. Ship the parcel to the provided address (return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except for damaged/wrong items)
6. Once we receive and inspect the saree, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- UPI/Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days
- Card payment refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (please share details with us)
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for:
- Different colour or design (subject to availability and price difference)
- Different product (subject to availability and price difference)
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges for sending out the new product will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per the refund timeline above
