SHIPPING POLICY
At Thekkini Sarees, we take great care to ensure your sarees reach you safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message with tracking details.
SHIPPING ZONES & RATES
Within Kerala:
- FREE shipping on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
Rest of India:
- Standard shipping: βΉ100 flat rate
- FREE shipping on orders above βΉ2,500
- Estimated delivery: 4-7 business days
COURIER PARTNERS
We dispatch all orders through trusted courier partners including DTDC, Shiprocket, and India Post depending on your delivery location and serviceability.
ORDER TRACKING
Every dispatched order comes with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via:
- The link sent to you via email/WhatsApp
- Our website's order tracking page
- Directly on the courier partner's website
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays or local festivals
- Adverse weather conditions
- Remote pin code locations
- Courier-related issues beyond our control
We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed via WhatsApp if any significant delays are anticipated.
UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED-TO-ORIGIN (RTO) ORDERS
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refused delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply for non-prepaid orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
